We embrace a number of internal practices, policies and procedures both statutory and non-statutory.  These are adopted with integrity, credibility and professionalism.

      • Employees are given adequate information, training and supervision on how to carry out their work, to ensure their and others’ safety.
      • Contractors, guests and other visitors are made aware of any procedures or rules in place to maintain the safety of them and others on site.
      • Safety is always taken into consideration when any changes are made to working practices, equipment or the environment.

Legacy Hotels & Resorts Limited actively encourages all employees to be actively involved in maintaining a safe working environment.

Legacy Hotels & Resorts Limited work with Biffa Waste Services Limited, our nominated waste disposal contractor to identify, implement and maximise recycling opportunities.

Legacy Hotels & Resorts Limited work closely with their appointed energy consultants, in order to source as much gas and electricity from renewable sources as possible, together with the Carbon Trust to endeavour to reduce carbon emissions and to develop commercial low carbon technologies.  Each managed property logs water consumption on a daily basis.

Legacy Hotels & Resorts Limited work closely with their central purchasing consortia and other suppliers within our supply chain to ensure good quality and standards are delivered consistently

Legacy Hotels & Resorts Limited are pleased to have recently supported Sportsmatch, which is an award scheme that aims to support commercial sponsorship of Grassroots sports projects that encourage participation at community level, especially youth groups, girls, women and those facing barriers to participation.
