Autumn Breaks

Jersey isn’t just a summer destination. In fact, the Island is lovely and peaceful in the autumn and winter. The climate is still mild and the cliffs and headlands are alive with bell heather and yellow gorse in the winter. It’s a perfect time to visit the Underground Hospital and it’s labyrinth of WW2 war tunnels, the Maritime Museum and not forgetting the world famous Durell conservation centre.
 
At this time of year Hotels and pubs are relaxing and reviving. The Hampshire hotel is no exception. The warm décor makes it a cosy place to re-coup after a busy day sightseeing, walking or cycling.
