Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all of your staff for a fantastic night on Saturday. Everyone commented on how great the food and service was (after they sobered up!). Please thank Kimberly and Andrea for me when you next see them and apologise as I know I was a complete control freak at times. And there really was no need to be as it all went really smoothly and everyone had a great time. Also thanks for being flexible on the deposits...I hope that the drinks bill made up for it! Sam

Location: York, Yorkshire, UK Comments: My stay at the Hertford House Hotel was made most memorable by the excellent level of care and attention displayed by all members of staff, the incredible architecture of the building itself, and the food. All the meals I had during my stay were of the highest quality, and the service was extraordinary. Dear Andrea, Thank you for your call today regarding our Son's Christening gathering at Hertford House on Saturday. We had such a wonderful afternoon. Kimberly was so helpful & friendly when I popped in at lunchtime with the cake and decorations. Later on when we arrived Nick really made sure we were looked after and everything ran smoothly throughout the afternoon. Thank you for your help also.
